It was 2017 when Blish Mize Connor and Allison Hogan's paths first crossed.

On Allison's very first day as an intern at Blish's PR firm, she was tasked with connecting with Reese Witherspoon's team. Within minutes, Blish overheard Allison's natural rapport and genuine laughter flowing through the phone – in that moment, she knew she'd found a kindred spirit in the PR world.

What started as a mentor-mentee relationship quickly evolved into an dynamic partnership built on shared instincts and complementary strengths.
